By accessing or using RoadLy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. RoadLy is operated from Ireland and governed by Irish law.
2. Description of Service
RoadLy provides a platform for Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) to manage their business online, including lesson scheduling, branded booking pages, student management, and payment processing. Learner drivers use the Platform to book and manage driving lessons.

Lesson bookings are agreements between the instructor and the learner. RoadLy facilitates the booking process but is not a party to the lesson agreement. Cancellation policies are set by individual instructors, subject to the platform's minimum cancellation window as defined in our policies.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Content you upload (e.g., profile photos, business information) remains yours, but you grant RoadLy a licence to display it within the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
RoadLy provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes between instructors and learners, lesson quality, or driving instruction outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid to RoadLy in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
