A cancellation opens up your Tuesday evening. Pick the slot, pick who to tell - students who asked for earlier lessons, students with a test coming up - and RoadLy lets them know. Here it finds three with a test in the next fortnight, and you see the message before it goes.

Getting paid.
Students can pay by card when they book, or in cash on the day - and you set the rules: card only, or both. Either way, the lesson is paid without you chasing anyone.
Card payment protects your time: if the lesson is cancelled inside the 48-hour window, the fee stays with you.
And if you'd rather not chance a particular booking, request card payment for that specific lesson - it's paid before it happens.

Card money settles after each lesson into a balance that's yours. Press Withdraw, see every lesson and fee in the transfer, and it's in your bank in one to three working days.
Set your own prices, sell prepaid lesson packages if you like, and the price list stays simple: cash is free, card lessons carry 15%. No monthly fee, no contract.
